![]() ![]() ![]() I suspect they still have this functionality but might be stored in a folder or the registry or elsewhere but I am unable to locate it. Unfortunately with this version there is no tokens.xml file. I saw a post on the Milestone forums (now closed) from 2 years ago indicating tech support told a poster to stop the imaging service, delete the tokens.xml file and then restart the service to "free" up the connections. Maximum number of clients already connected. As of yesterday no one can get connected via the full client on their machines getting the error message at the bottom stating:įailed to connect. This worked fine for several months until yesterday. Now just the managers are using the full client and others are using the web. We then found out the Essential version of the software only supports 5 full client connections at a time. Unknowingly at first we installed the XProtect smart client 2016 on all clients at this small shop (roughly 15 machines). We have installed several cameras for a client and a pc running Milestone xProtect Essential 2016 on it. I am hoping someone out there has experience with Milestone software and can help out. ![]()
